Conducted between 2010 and 2012, RHINE III serves as a continuation of the questionnaire-based survey from RHINE II. While it predominantly adheres to the RHINE II protocol, the study introduces several new components:

Measurements of waist circumference

Use of body silhouettes

Investigation into co-morbidities, including inflammatory bowel disease

Questions about asthma and allergies in the participants’ children

An expanded questionnaire on women’s health
